Purchase (LCY) value is showing in negative .

Hi All,

I have created on purchase order with foreign currency code – USD. PO Value in USD – 1000 .When I click on the statistics (F9) system shows the PO value – 1000 and Purchase (LCY) value - (-50000) . Purchase (LCY) value is showing in negative .

Could you share what is the issue ? :-k

    What is the exchange rate you have defined???

    I USD = 50 INR.

    Where have u entered the exchange rate? on INR currency? Check if there are any exchange rates defined on the USD currency also. If there are any records on the USD, first remove that entry and create another PO to check.

    Exchange Rate Amount 1.0

    Relational Adjmt Exch Rate Amt 50

    Hansika, did you check the setup in USD?

    Hi,can you remove the currency code in PO and check if purchse(LCY) still displays the amount -ve???
    So that atleast we will get to know if there is any issue in currency setup or is there something else to be concerned about.

    If you have the Exch. Rate setup in INR, you do not need a setup in the USD card. Please remove the Exch. Rate line from the USD card and see what happens. Also as Prashanth suggested, can you chek removing the currency code from the PO and see what the statistics form shows?

    I have the same issue. Purchase(LCY) showing the negative value. Any Idea why it happened.
