Apply to Amount is Non Editable

We have navision 2009 SP1 installed with build 32029. We are trying to partial payments for customer but when i go to apply to customer entries screen "Apply to Amount" field is non-editable. In classic when i press F2 i can edit the screen but in RTC the field is non-editable and it is same on Apply Vendor Entries Screen. These two pages are standard NAV pages and not modified.

I really appreciate for your comments or suggestions.

Hi,

I couldn't really get the problem. You have 2 columns, "Amount to Apply" and "Appln. Amount to Apply". In both Classic and RTC "Amount to Apply" is editable, however, the "Appln. Amount to Apply" is not.

No. I know this is not standard functionality and this does not happen on my local system or in other versions, but in this particular case i have "Amount to Apply" as non-editable and i am really not sure what i am missing.

Is it with Apply to Amount only or all page is not editable?

All page is non editable, except currency code shows as editable but when i select something in that it will not get select. Just FYI these pages are not modified those are standard pages. I even checked Cust. Ledger Entry table and even that is not modified. I also tried to import those objects from my local database where it is editable, but once i import into that database, the result is the same.

Check whether the page is called in edit mode or view mode..from Customer Ledger Entries

This error is on Apply Customer Entries page which is accessed from Payment Journal - > Apply Entries Action.

Apply Entries action calls Codeunit Gen. Jnl.- Apply, I am really not sure where should i check the setting you mentioned. Please let me know.
