I have navision with data migration activity completed,in that i hav "import from excel" option to import data from excel in navision,intially its working fine bt now its giving error as
This message is for C/AL programmers:

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={F9043C85-F6F2-101A-A3A9-08002B2F49FB}

Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

    Hi,

    You will often get that error when some application is missing in your machine and the code in NAV uses that application, in your case if it is data migration then the application might probably be Excel, soo Try to copy the GUID and google the value, many times you will get many postings in many forums which will let you know the application name which is missing in your machine.
