Fix for: "Navision has encountered an error and must c

Has anybody seen the error: "Navision has encountered a problem and must close - Sorry for the inconvenience"? The circumstances for getting this error are very strange, and seems to be for only one user. She has access to the customer card, and can view and edit customers no problem. However, if she opens a Sales Order, then clicks Order->Card to view the customer card, she gets the above error. We are told other users do not get this error. We are also told that this same user gets this error no matter what computer she's working on. We are also told this error "especially happens if she has 2 Navision sessions open simultaneously (one for each company)". The latest information now is that if this user has Navision maximized, the error happens each and every time.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

thought 1 - it should not be in tips & tricks forum

thought 2 - is there something distinctive about this user. Does she have special permissions that only apply to her (for example)?

If all computers point to the same zup-file for the same user, it might be that her zup-file is corrupted. In this case you have to delete it.

Or some code in the objects that is run only for her?

I have seen this problem when User points at table or form that she does not have permission to access. If Card form has been modified, check properties & code,of form, to see additional links that maybe attached.
