bullzip merge logo positioning problem

I am trying to merge a logo file using bullzip.
The merge works except for the placement.
I have the logo pdf with the logo image printed in the top left.
When I print it, it appears on the merged pdf about 2 inches below the position of the original pdf.

(Note: I am doing it this way because of the difficulty of getting a good bmp file, and other than my positioning problem, it works beautifully.)

See if the pdf with the logo has the same dimensions as the document being applied to it.

Thanks.
In my efforts to reposition the logo, I had ended up with a 11.0 * 8.5.
When I got it it to a 8.5 * 11.0 pdf, it merged the way I wanted.
(I used the superimpose setting, and now they have a color logo.)
