I have 10 concurrent users in navision at any one time I wanted to know is there a way of monitoring what each user is doing say write that event to a log file on the central server.
Thanks

There's nothing standard that you can keep track of what they are doing in real time. You could turn on track changes, which writes inserts/modifications/deletes to a log table for all entities that you set up.0

If you want to see, what they are doing and they are not working on terminal server or citrix, you can use applications like RealVNC on their PC to see, what they are doing... but it is on you, if you want to snoop your users in this way...0
