bank reconciliation issue

Dear all,
Can anyone tell me how to undo a incorrectly posted bank reconciliation.For e.g my bank rec date should be 31/12/2011 but i have mistakenly entered 31/12/2012 and posted it.How can i reverse it and do a bank rec for the correct date.
