In purchase quote 's statistic, VAT is missing

Anyone found this error.
I make transaction on purchase quote with VAT 7%. When I press F9, program show 7% VAT,but amount is Zero 0.00 when you doublick on vat amount.
I don't know what happened.
Please help me.
