RTC is not responding in Invt Put Away

Dear all,

I am using NAV 2009 R2 Build 32982 with 3-tier architecture.
I got problem RTC become not responding after choose Source No in Inventory Put Away.
Anyone ever got this problem? Why RTC become not responding? How to solve this problem?

    The field is non editable by default...

    In my cronus, that field is editable :D

    I have two Cronus installed: v5 and v6-R2 in both the filed is non editable. Are we talking about the same thing here - Table 5767 - Field 6 "Source No."?

    No, we don't.. haha.. I mean Source No in Inventory Put Away Header :D

    Thanks for your care.. :D
    Now I have found the cause of this issue.. There is issue in Invt Put Away and I made modification for temporary solution, but I made mistake I don't think that it will loop too many times.. Now I have removed the modification and waiting the answer of Microsoft about this issue in Invt Put Away.
