How to select the pdf files from Specific folder

Dear All,
I am using Navision 5, I want to select the pdf files from specific folder (Mensioned in the Setup) & attched that file to the mail.
My issue is how to select the pdf files one by one in single patch?
Can anybody knws it? Please help !!!!! :-k :-k
