processing report??

I am relatively new to NAV and my manager just asked me to create a "processing/batch report". I am not sure how to do that. I only know how to create a normal report with either a table or a form format.

Any idea how to go about doing this. I am sorta lost. I even tried googling it but I couldnt figure it out.

    I have made some progress.

    In the properties, there is a thing called "ProcessingOnly", which I set to 'YES'.

    Now I just have to figure out how to do the rest of it. :D

    just a quick question where does the code in the processing report go?? I mean in which trigger??

    Check for examples:
    With use of dataitem: report ID 398
    Without dataitems: report ID 492
