Language Pack New Db Creation Issue

Hi Experts,

I have Windows 7 64 bit, installed Arabic Language Pack.Restarted my system
Now as i am creating a new Sql Db,on changing the collation to Arabic.
On Clicking Ok,The client closes, saying -
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic Client executable for SQL server has stopped working.

Any Ideas

    And if am changing the collation from windows to Sql collation, the db creation starts.

    Don't know it is correct, but the restoration has started
