RTC Drill Down Form

I am trying to figure out why some drill downs allow you to select a default column or move to another column and others do not. How is this controlled?
On the sales order if you click on the sell-to customer no. or bill-to customer no. the drill down box highlights a column and you can change columns or select a default. On the ship-to address code when you drill-down the column headings are not bold and you cannot search on any column except the ship-to code. There is no option to set the default column.
I tried moving the postcode in the field group to the first position but it still only looks at the ship-to code.
Any thought?

You should add those fields in keys with KeyGroups as SearchCol0

Adding a key "Post Code,Code,Name,Address,City" and setting the field group to the same fields does change the look up to the post code, but you still cannot change the column search or select the set default column.0

You should create 1 field per key..
Check Customer table how Name and other fields are added..0
