filter for Current Month and Last Month in RTC

I want to filter posted sale invoice list and my filter is "Current Month" or "Last Month" but i don't know what date formular is.

Could you advise me please ?

I already searched but it talked only about Coding. I just want to filter on the grid of RTC(Posted sale invoice)

Because i want to save this view in Role center . it is easy for my user to get the list even though it become next month.
my user knowledge very limit.
