RTC Report Blank Space due to List

Hi all,

I am facing a issue where there are multiple tables. I table is inside list and two others are outside the list.

When there is some less data in the table that is inside the list, i get a blank space. I found out this by doing a border colour on the list.
Now what i want is to compress this space in the List when there is no data.

Please let me know if anyone can help on same.
