Tabs in Reports as per our Choice

Hi Experts,
Is there any option to align the Tabs in the report as per our choice.
For Example: I want Options Tab first and then followed by that <FirstDataItem> tab.
I required this in both Classic Client and RTC.

In RTC reports first it will show options and then dataitem tabs..
