Sales oders cancellation

Hi

I posted the sales oders as "Ship". But i want to cancell those oders ? I did "Undo shipment" from History>posted shipments. But i dont know whether particular sales oder is cancelled or not. To maintain the cancelled sales oders, is there any spcific way to do it? please help

    Sales orders (oder = smell) don't have a status cancelled in standard NAV.
    Sales orders can be (partially) shipped and (partially) invoiced.
    You cancelled a shipment and the (partially) shipped order became a regular sales order.
    If it has to be canceled, then delete it. If you want to maintain cancelled orders, then customisation is required for a maintainable solution without losing track if a sales order is canceled or not.

    You can use Sales Return Order for undo shipment.

    and Delete those orders who have not shipped yet, it means it is cancel.
