How to start New Project

Hai Friends,

Iam new to Navision,

Recently We had started new pharma project

Can u help in Brief that how can i start the project,

Iam thinking to set chart of accounts of first then all Creditors and Debtors Set ups sitting with Clients CA or Seeing there Old ERP Package,

like all Set ups where will find in financial management set up like vat,service tax, sale tax, dimensions........etc

for Purchase order what we want to set first

Please Help me.........

    If you need to ask a question like this, then sorry but the only correct answer is that you need to contact your senior that is runnign the project and work along side them for the first few projects so you can learn.

    You can take Navision Implementation training course and read Navision books on "How to implement". Also you can look into Navision help for different setups, plus look in Cronus company how the setup is done.
