PIT Structure on Nav 2009 R2

Dear Sir,

I have a PIT Structure.
Structure Details wrote:
1. Excise
2. Charges FRIGHT Calculation Value 100 per Quantity (1)
3. Sales Tax Base Formula 1+2
First time it gives right calculation. But it gives wrong data when I change the Calculation Value of Charges field (Calculation Order No. 2).

What is the reason behind it ?

    First time the Freight amount is Rs.50/- per quantity and Calculated Tax amount is Rs. 71/- after that I have changed the Freight amount to 0(Zero) and calculate Structure gives the actual value of Tax amount.

    Again I change the Freight amount to Rs.50/- (Previous value) and its gives me the Tax Amount Rs.72/-.
    PIT difference A/c =Rs. -3.43/-

    What is reason behind that ? Please explain.

    How to Change Charge(FRIGHT) amount of the Structure in Sales Order. It is PIT Structure.
