Is there any body who has developed an addon solution for HR on Navision with
the follwing features.

It is expected that the Human Resource System should include the following modules:

· Recruitment

This module enables users to

- Enter job application data on-line
- View the status of application
- Set up work-flow to facilitate multi-party approval of applications
- Set up work-flow to facilitate interview process
- Provide comprehensive reports on the recruitment process


· Personnel Administration

This module enables users to

- Transfer data seamlessly from the Recruitment module
- Enter/Update/Delete data as maintained in the Personnel Database
- Enrol staff on CPF and other benefits
- Enter/Update/Delete data for Flexi-benefits (dental, holiday claims), etc
- Process medical & transport claims & leave records
- Enter/Update/Delete data for payroll, bonus, compensation, etc

· Teaching Claims

This module enables users to

- Process teaching claims

· Performance Management

This module enables users to

- Support a comprehensive performance management system
- Facilitate performance appraisal process, ranking and promotions
- Compute performance bonus

· Training

This module enables users to

- Incorporate in-house training, external training and overseas
training
- Provide comprehensive reports on Enterprise Training Plan, Training Needs
Analysis submission

· Employee Self-Service

This module enables users to

- Update their personnel data on web
- Retrieve personal data, payslip, IR8A, medical and transport claims self-
service pages
- Maintain Flexi-benefits which include dental, holiday claims and
other claims
- Process medical (outpatient and hospitalisation) and transport
claims
- Process leave application and compute leave according to 1979 leave
schemes
