When Send to Excel, Navision Crash

Hi there,

I use Nav 5.0, and it's fine in window xp and office 2003.
But the system updated to win7 and office2010 in our company.

Every function is ok in Navision except the send to excel/word button.
Whenever click the button, the navision is crash.

I tested a lot of win7 computers, changed the style sheet, the problem still.

Does anyone know the reason?

    Are Win7 and Office2010 32 or 64 bit?
    There are no bugs - only undocumented features.

    win7 is 64bit , but we tried office 2010 32bit and 64 bit. Neither can solve the problem.

    Have you installed ms xml 4.0?

    Are you using plain NAV 5 or NAV 5 with SP1 + latest hotfixes?
