Menu item on a page - RTC 2009 R2

Is there anyway to add a menu item to a page without editing any objects inside NAV (i.e. through a .dll or something like that)? Or must any changes like that be done in NAV?

    I don't think it's possible. You could look at personalization table "2000000075 User Metadata" or Profile Metadata table ,but the data is stored in blob and I don't there is a way to export that outside of nav you try from sql.
