One of our client are on NAV 5.0 and moved from Database authentication to Windows authentication. In Database authentication they were using PDF995 to attach and email documents which worked just fine, once they moved to Windows authentication this functionality is not working. When the PDF file is trying to write to S:\ drive user get a error 'Unable to create file'.
Does anyone know if there is any changes that needs to be made to facilitate Windows authentication.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
1) The permissions are probably incorrect for the folder. Make sure the user has Read, Write,
Execute, Delete, Change permissions on the folder.
2) Also check if any antivirus is not blocking to the folder to access.0
