User Wise Role Center page

Hi...I have created a new role center page and a New Profile also and in Administaration---Role Center--I have attached this new page to my window Id and to a my Friend window Id. When Logging to RTC i am getting the New Role Center page but if my friend is logging it shows the old Role Center page . I have attached same Profile ID to both but still my friend is getting the old One??what may be the reason??
