Msg prompt during Adjust Cost - Item entries at Inventory PA

Hi All,
My customer has done the Item Reclass journal for location transfer. However, one of the entry is giving problem while running the Inventory periodic activity, Adjust Cost - Item Entries.

message prompted : You must specify New Location Code in Item Journal Line Journal Template Name = '', Journal Batch Name = '', Line No. = 0.

There are a few similar Item Reclass jounal has been done. However, for this particular case, there is a slight different.
User create Item Reclass Journal, found that the journal line can not be posted due to the there are insufficient inventory.
Therefore, the below steps have been taken:
1) user post receipt only at the purchase order, to increase the inventory
2) Run periodic activity, message above prompt.
3) user post for invoice at the PO.
4) Run periodic activity, message above still occur.

what is the posibility for this problem? my customer is not being to run the adjust cost at this moment due to this message.

I remember some situation, that the batch had some bug... which version you are using? Which hotfix?

Hi Kine,
The version my customer use is 3.60. Had applied hotfix from 1 till 18.

I thing that it is too low, try to apply latest hotfix. But I am not sure, if it helps, because the error can be corrected in 3.70 or later...

There is simple workaround, but I do not have exact point. I only know, that it was extending some condition with condition if it is Adjust. batch, and if yes, in this case do not test mandatory of Location code...
