Aa few queries here:
1) Can Navision perform commission calculation
2) Can it allow us to perform the function of making advance payment in PO
3) Can it handle both vendor and customer consignment
4) Is it possible to change the chart of account, customer code and inventory code. If yes, is it done from adminstrator level or end user level?

Yes, with apropriate add-on or customization (sience version 3.70B there are standard adv. payments for Czech Navision but is not usable...)
Yes, but it depend on what you need and how you need that. Some customization mostly needed (but not so hard - it depend)
Of course, you can change the Chart of account as you need, customer and inventory code too... (if you want to "renumber" or use another Nos. series). It is mainly done by end-user but consult it with your NSC (MBS Partner)
