Control the position of Text Box on report

is there any way i can control the position of any text box on the report on run time .like we do in form.

  no, you cannot: you have to create multiple sessions with the textboxes placed where you want, and then show the sections alternatively based on your runtime parameter

  You can check how "Logo Position on Documents" setup is working in printing reports.. from Sales & Receivable setup..
