Multi Location trial balance in one company

Hi All,
we have a multiple location and every location have it's own trial balance, what is the best way to achive this in NAV.
Is it Global Dimension 1? please suggest

in our setup we are using the Global dimension-1,
In material movement (from one location to another)we have a intransit setup, when we transfer the material, in G/L entry only one branch is flow in G/L entry (mean the stock get negative then positive which is incorrect)

Is there any setup so we an transfer a seaprate branch in case of Intransit entry.

    Solution 1 : -

    a. Yeah for TB by location you can create location as Global Dimension.
    b. For material movement, on transfer order along with location field you have to use dimension. After posting the Transfer order then you have to pass Item Reclass journal for changing the dimension value.

    Solutiuon 2 (if you're a developer) : -

    Try to flow location field in for TB purposes.

    Could you explain a little of why you need this? If they are just different locations of the same company, why do you need different trial balances? Income statements, maybe, but not trial balances. If they're separate legal companies, then they should be separate companies in NAV.
