Have I created a tabular Form that visualizes a Chart, in sketch show the buttons "OK", "it Annuls" and "? ", later done compile and done perform, does it make me see only the botone "? ".Because? How do I do to visualize the button "OK?"

Check the Visible and the InvalidActionAppearance properties of the button.

This is better than changing the property of the existing button, as the existing ok is for lookups, and if you change this one, you will not have an OK when you lookup, making it difficult to lookup records on that form.
