I restored their data into SQL, but the Windows Login and access information did not get restored.
How can I get their Windows Login and User/Roles into SQL from C/Side?
They have a lot of users.
Thanks,
Bruce

Normally when this happens its because there was already data in the database you imported into, and thus the "common to all companies and security" option was greyed out. Its also possible that you didn't tick this option when you created the initial backup. So we would have to know the exact steps you made to know exactly what went wrong.
You could of course copy paste the data across, but that is not an ideal way to do it.David Singleton0 -
Yeah, I think I did bring in the Objects prior to the Restore.
I am redoing the restore now, with the objects.
So, if I were to do bring in the objects first, is there anyway to bring the windows login after the fact?0 -

When you backup objects, you should also tick the box "common to all companie" and then resote both of these at once.David Singleton0
