Adj. of Opening Balance in Vendor Trial Balance

Hello,
can anyone tell me, what exactly the Adj. of Opening Balance in Vendor Trial Balance (Report 304) stands for? One of our customers got it (they had 2.01 B before, where this did not exist) and is very concerned. In the documentations of financial management, I could not find a description so far.

    check detail vendor ledger entries, this happen because of unrealized exchange gain or losses in multicurrency transactions.
