Default Location by User

Is there a way we can default a users location at login. For example, when a user logs in, and enters a sales order, purchase order etc, the location automatically gets set to location "A" for anything that user does. We have a building separated into two locations, parts and whse1. A customer can order from either location. When the user in the parts location enters an order, we would like the location defaulted to "parts". This way they would not have to remember to change the location when entering an order.
