Preview the wide report in NAV

Hi,

I have a very wide report to run and when we run it will preview only landscape in A4 size, but there are so many other fields on right. How can we view all the fields in the report.

    You cannot..you need to resize your report by removing or making boxes small..

    Maybe export to excel can help. RTC can also help.

    Create a new printer and create it with the biggest paper you can in landscape. Then set this to your default printer in windows (or set it in Navision as the printer for this report) when you preview the report it will use these settings and you can see all your fields.

    You might have to play with settings a bit, its a log time since I have done this, so I can't remember the exact details, but it does work.
