Cannot install second service

Hi!
I want to install a second service, but nothing happens when I run the following command prompt:
sc \\MYCOMPUTERNAME create MicrosoftDynamicsNAVServer$NAV2 binpath= "C:\Program Files\Navision\NAV6R2\Service2\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Server.exe $NAV2" DisplayName= "Microsoft Dynamics NAV6R2 Instance 2" start= auto type= own depend= NetTcpPortSharing
I have created the second Service folder.
What am I missing?
