Nav To Net - adding a landing page

Hi all

We are using Nav-to-Net 5.5 and wish to set up landing pages.
The technical manual shows you how to add the page settings in Navision, and then tells you that the rest of the setup must be done in IIS, but it doesn't say what this is.

This seems pretty pointless to me, as the whole idea of having it in Navision is that you hand manage everything from there. I could just do the whole thing in IIS with a redirect if I wanted to, without even using the Landing Page facility. Having said that, I would like to know what needs doing in IIS to enable the NTN landing pages to work. At the moment, if I just set it up in NTN, I get a 404 when going to the URL.

Can anyone tell me what needs to be done in IIS?
If it makes any difference, it is IIS7 on a Windows Server 2008.
