Accessing link from RTC

Hi,

We have developed a new functionality for the customer. In which we are storing record links against the customized functionality. This is being done by an automated an interface.

The problem is the record link which are updated by an interface cannot be seen through RTC. We are able to see it from the classic client.

    Are you talking about the recordlink table? if so, try to create a recordlink through standard functionality and take a look at what you get. then, with "your interface", try to mime the same record values

    Hi,

    We are creating a link using record link functionality. The entry is also created in the record link table. However when I try to access the link from the page it doesnt show up.

    Is it something related to the pages? These are customized pages.

    create a new note in the standard way and check if you create the line correctly through your process (open the recordlink table and compare the 2 records).
