We need to upgrade Dynamics Nav 3.6. to Dynamics Nav 2009. We need the process before upgrade the database. If anybody having document for upgrade, kindly share with me for both functional and technical part.

if not tell your customer you are not qualified to do the upgrade for them and for them to find a new solution center.
