Order creation: Posting group must have value in Customer

Hi,
I'm trying to setup an integration between navision and CRM, but when integrating I got a rather strange error. So I opened Navision to see what was wrong, and when I try to make an order , I always get the following error:
What could be wrong?

This is basic setup question..
You need to set Gen. Bus. Posting Group field for Customer 4 in Customer card0 -
