Can not start Microsft Dynamic NAV Server Service

Hi SINOEUNSTEVENNEANG,

Please check the config file. If everything is correct there then see the Logon tab for Navision service and web serivce.
Both should be start with same account.

If you are unable to find the problem then check the event log it will tell you the exact problem.

Sometime you also get the issue when the time zone in the config file is UTC (which is the value by default), it should be changed to the time zone defined by Microsoft. As for example for India the value should be Changed to "Server time zone".
