RTC Navigation pane, NAV shuts down

Hi everyone,

When my customer selects the option 'Customize navigation pane' in the role centre, NAV completely crashes??

Is there a solution for this problem?

What does event viewer say in both client and server machines?

first of all: apply the latest build, if you've not already done...there are a pair of fixes about "nav crash on customize this page". check out here all the hotfixes

This problem can be solved with hotfix 2512384.
