Pysical Stock-Take and Transfer Orders using FIFO

Dear All,

I'm having two major issues with the FIFO, for the Transfer Orders and the Stock-Taking. Whenever transferring stock or adjusting stock-levels through Physical inventory the unit cost calculated by NAV seems to be the average cost even though, the costing method set for the item is set to FIFO. This ends up leaving a residual value in the stock which should not be there as it should be apportioned to the sales, etc. What should i do? Is there a setup which I need to switch on or maybe a process which should be run periodically?

    Inventory Setup: How is <Automatic Cost Adjustment> configured?
    I have had the same problem but in my case it had to do with bookings before the date which was used in costprice calculation
