The following SQL Server error occurs -701,"4200",[Microsoft][ODBC SQl Server Driver][SQ Server].Create database failed.while creating a database on Server.

SQL Server has failed to allocate sufficient memory to run the query. This can be caused by a variety of reasons including operating system settings, physical memory availability, or memory limits on the current workload. In most cases, the transaction that failed is not the cause of this errorThere are no bugs - only undocumented features.0

This is typical on a 32 bit SQL Server restoring a large number of companies. Were you doing a restore or a create?David Machanick
