RTC is getting Error

Hi Guys,
I've installed NAV 2009 R2 on 3 server (Active Directory, NAV Server, SQL Server). I think, I've already configured anything to connect them.
But, when I'm trying to run the RTC, I'm getting this error :

I used "Best Practices Analyzer" to know what's the problem, here i got :

The firewall on SQL Machine is off, & I can ping NAVDATABASE properly (NAVDATABASE is the server that SQL is installed).

I'm sure that I've added that account in SQL Server..
I donno why, i have no idea to solve it by myself

Yaa, i've set this one.. but I still got the same error ..
I've already add in Windows Login through the Classic, i've already added the user account (MyDomainName\MyUserAccount AND MyDomainName\MyCompName$) ..

Eventhough i can connect using Classic Client with SQL Server...
I donno what should I do, please help...

I dont know the Service have to running under the user that i've delegated..
