!!! Need Hotfixes for 4.0 SP3 - Win7/Win2008 Installation

Hi,
I need to Install Nav 4.0 SP3 on Windows Server 2008 R2. I don´t have a Partner anymore therefor cannot ask my Partner!!
There are some DVD to buy on mibuso.com . Are the latest hotfixes included when i buy "Navision 4.0 SP3 DVD+" ?
Or can anybody send me the Hotfixes for German Version ?
