Error on opening Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 RTC

I am trying to open Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 RTC but am getting the following message : "The server has not been initialized with a license by Microsoft Dynamics NAV Classic" Am not sure how to proceed now.
