Navision Intercompany Transfer Functionality.

I have a requirement that i have to use the functionality of standard navision for inter

company transfer of items.

My client want to transfer the items between 2 companies.

Can you guys guide me how to enable this functionality or provide me with some useful

material that defines how to setup this to work.

I would appreciate any help.

    You need to create sales order and PO and ship and receive in the other companies. The Customer and Vendor will need to be be linked to a inter company Partner.

    If the companies are in the same database, you can write some custom code to write the purchase order or invoice in the receiving company from then sending company using changecompany and a lot of care.

    I would not go with davmac1. Main reason is that changecompany does not allow validation.
    If you need to automate it, use webservice or NAS.
