Those are requirements that the person you are designing for should answer. There are role centers for, I believe they are called, President and Small Business President, that you could start with. But again, it's the customer's dashboard, ask them what they want to see instead of wasting development hours on a guess.0

I understood but generally when we go for demo we need to configure all these dashboard without interacting with client at a glance so i request you to share what kind of information should i add.

If I had to take a guess ...
They would want to know total inv amount, total payables, total receivables, bank account balances. Perhaps a graph or two, see trends like comparing last year to this year. Daily profit and loss. Account schedules can do most of this anyway. But it sounds like you want some fancy form where all the info is shown in one place.
Moreover...The screen displays bank account balances, inventory values by cost categories, QOH for sold items, AR summary by currency, AP summary by currency, Open Sales Orders, Open Purchase Orders, Revenue account balances - MTD, YTD and COGS account balances - MTD, YTD.
As Matt says ask them.

You could also look at the rtc reports training manual and start with the dashboard example there.
That does require you to use the RTC client.David Machanick
