Compile Errors in RTC Client / Service Tier

Hello,

we are expierencing some strange errors. After working some time in our Production enviroment the RT-Client shows up some Errors. The Error Messages are getting more and more until you compile every object in the Database and restart the Service Tier Services. Compiling only the object in the error message won't solve it. The object which is failing varies. But these objects were not changed bevore.
Everytime the Client is failing there will be an entry in the application log (see attached jpg).

If someone has an idea please let me know.

yours David

    Hi David,

Could be a long shot. But I have experienced similar issues when opening Nav DBs in different Classic Clients with slightly different version numbers. If any objects are compiled using a version different to the RT-Client may mean the RT-Client is unable to interpret those objects (and the many related files). (As you mention) Compiling all the objects in the correct Client works since everything is in the "same language".

Ensure that anyone modifying any objects in the Classic Client is doing it with the exact same Client version to the one you are recompiling everything in.

    Hope it helps,
    A

    Hi,

this was our first opinion. But we made sure that we are all using the same classic and RTC Build version. Also the Problem is happening but no one has modified any objects in the Database at all.

Compile all the objects once, and make sure no user is logged in.
