Grouping Fields on Page

Following the receipe given by MS here, it's fairly easy to group fields on a FastTab someway.
However, it does not secure that the grouping defined is fixed, i.e. the user can easily changed the grouping through the Customize This Page feature.
Does anyone of you know of a way to make the group fixed?

anyway, if a user goes that far to screw out the grouping, i guess he can also learn to press "restore default settings" or rearrange the groups correctly :-k
