Do Web services or NAS require a specialgranule?

Do we need a special granule in the customer's license in order for webservices to work? (such as Outlook Sync). I also cannot get the Nav Application server to work. Neither will authenticate, though it does successfully "connect" to the webservices.

For NAS you need NAS Session granule for each NAS.

For Service tier you need to have service tier granule, but it is for free (If I am not wrong).

Do you mean the Web Service Tier? We can definitely run the Nav Service Tier (RTC) but only one user seems to be able to access the web service tier.

Does anyone know which granule numbers these are? I am suspicious that we do not have these in our development license or the client license as I am having great difficulty getting Outlook sync to work.

    Thanks.

There is no limit for number of connected users to WebServices. Why you are thinking that only one could connect?
